Anne Marie is such a pleasure to work with! The first quilt I entrusted her to work with was an oversized queen that I had started in 1991 and didn't quite finish. Without going into details, it was a mess, The majority of the top was hand quilted but the batting had gone "wonky" and sticking out some areas and not quite making it to the edge in others. I simple didn't know what to do with it! Anne Marie squared it up and trimmed it, then with wonderful long-arm quilting machine quilted the borders. My grandmother had quilted a square of it in 1993 at the age of 92 and to see this beautiful quilt finally completed meant the world to me. Could not have done it without Anne Marie! She quilted two other lap quilts for me last year - one with the Hawaiian lei design and one with the bamboo design - and I was very pleased with both of them. Anne Marie has quilted many quilts for me. She is talented and knows just which pattern to use. I love piecing but actually deciding which motif would be the best to enhance a quilt is way beyond my ability. She just knows the best and her long arm takes the design border to border. She is worth every penny she charges and turns the quilts around quickly. I’ve been quilting over 30 years and her designs, turn around and costs can’t be beat. I highly recommend Anne Marie for all your quilting needs. On her home page is a red, white and blue quilt that I made for my brother-in-laws 90th birthday.
